Its objectives are to provide practical emergency response skills<\/strong> such as first aid, evacuation planning and risk assessment. It develops competences in emotional resilience and psychological first aid so youth workers can support young people during crises.<\/span><\/p>

The project also reinforces leadership<\/strong> in promoting a culture of safety through local awareness activities and drills.<\/span><\/p>

It creates a multiplier effect<\/strong> by equipping participants to transfer knowledge through follow up actions and a multilingual toolkit. It also promotes solidarity and cross border cooperation<\/strong> by sharing best practices and building a common framework for preparedness in youth work.<\/span>
