This approach includes a thorough cost-effectiveness evaluation during the proposal design phase to ensure the budget aligns with Erasmus+ rules and supports the project\u2019s objectives. Partner agreements, preliminary risk analysis, and a quality assurance plan will be established to maintain control over budget, time, and quality.
