Green Wave
Through the GreenWave staff mobility project, we leverage the transformative power of sports and environmental stewardship to champion adult education and promote sustainable community development. Anchored in Sardinia’s rich coastal heritage, this initiative utilizes sports tourism and coastal requalification as dynamic tools to foster both individual empowerment and collective environmental consciousness.
Recognizing the urgent need to bridge critical skill gaps in our community—particularly in the areas of sustainable sports tourism and environmental regeneration—ASD Sport Compass is committed to initiating change through practical, skill-based learning and international collaboration. The GreenWave project is shaped by three primary objectives:
1. Empowering Communities through Sports Tourism:
By studying successful models and working alongside expert partners, we aim to enhance our ability to design and implement impactful sports tourism projects that drive sustainable economic development and promote the natural beauty of our territory.
2. Promoting Environmental Sustainability:
The project seeks to develop practical expertise in coastal land requalification and the creative recycling of collected materials. This objective underscores our commitment to preserving fragile coastal ecosystems while engaging our adult learners in meaningful, hands-on environmental action.
3. Building International Collaboration:
Through job-shadowing and training exchanges, we will establish a strong international network focused on sports-based education and environmental sustainability. These partnerships will serve as a foundation for long-term collaboration and innovation in community-focused project design.

ASD Sport Compass est fier d'assumer le rôle de coordinateur du projet ERASMUS+ « Cineforum », exploitant le pouvoir du film comme outil d'éducation non formelle. Notre mission est d'inspirer les éducateurs et les apprenants adultes, en favorisant la pensée critique et l'action sur les questions sociales et environnementales.
