Be Prepared!
Be Prepared! is an international training course designed to strengthen youth workers’ ability to manage emergency situations, both physical and emotional, and to increase the safety and resilience of young people.
Its objectives are to provide practical emergency response skills such as first aid, evacuation planning and risk assessment. It develops competences in emotional resilience and psychological first aid so youth workers can support young people during crises.
The project also reinforces leadership in promoting a culture of safety through local awareness activities and drills.
It creates a multiplier effect by equipping participants to transfer knowledge through follow up actions and a multilingual toolkit. It also promotes solidarity and cross border cooperation by sharing best practices and building a common framework for preparedness in youth work.
Join us as we turn preparedness into a shared language across borders.
