From 21 to 30 June 2026, representatives of ASD Sport Compass participated in the “Be Prepared!” International Training Course in Lendak, Slovakia, joining youth workers from Slovakia, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania and Greece. The mobility focused on emergency management, emotional resilience and safety promotion through non-formal education.

During the training, participants took part in practical workshops, simulations and experiential activities covering topics such as first aid, fire safety, water rescue, earthquake preparedness, human-made emergencies and psychological first aid. The programme combined hands-on learning with the exchange of experiences and good practices among participants from different countries.

Beyond the educational programme, the mobility encouraged intercultural dialogue, teamwork and cooperation, creating opportunities to build new partnerships and strengthen European collaboration in youth work. Participants will now share the knowledge gained through local dissemination activities, contributing to the project’s goal of promoting preparedness and resilience across Europe.
