Inclusive Courts
Through the Inclusive Courts mobility project, ASD Sport Compass promotes the role of grassroots sport as a powerful tool for inclusion, equality, and community development. By focusing on basketball, volleyball, and tennis, the project aims to strengthen the capacity of sport organisations to create more accessible, engaging, and gender-equal opportunities for participation.
Many communities, especially rural areas, face challenges in ensuring equal access to sport activities and encouraging the participation of underrepresented groups, particularly girls and young women. Recognising the importance of inclusive and empowering sport environments, ASD Sport Compass is committed to sharing expertise, developing new organisational skills, and fostering international cooperation through learning mobility opportunities. Inclusive Courts is guided by four core objectives:
1. Strengthening Skills and Knowledge in Grassroots Sport:
Through job shadowing and collaboration with an experienced European partner, the project aims to enhance the competences of staff and volunteers involved in grassroots sport. Participants will explore innovative approaches to coaching, programme organisation, and inclusive sport management.
2. Promoting Gender Equality and Participation in Sport:
Inclusive Courts supports the development of strategies to increase the involvement of girls and young women in sport. By learning and applying gender-sensitive and inclusive approaches, the project encourages equal opportunities, active participation, and a more diverse sporting environment.
3. Improving Sport Programme Management and Facility Use:
The project aims to strengthen organisational capacities by developing skills in the effective management and use of sport facilities. Through practical learning experiences, participants will gain knowledge on how to design and deliver high-quality sport activities that respond to community needs.
4. Building International Cooperation and Organisational Capacity:
Through mobility activities and cooperation between European partners, Inclusive Courts contributes to strengthening experience in international project management, partnership development, and knowledge exchange. The project supports organisations in creating sustainable networks and future opportunities for collaboration.
Join us in promoting a more inclusive vision of grassroots sport, as a space where everyone can participate, develop new skills, and build stronger communities through equality, cooperation, and shared experiences.

Cineforum for Empowering Education
ASD Sport Compass proudly assumed the coordinator role in the ERASMUS+ “Cineforum” project, harnessing the power of film as a non-formal education tool. Our mission is to inspire educators and adult learners, fostering critical thinking and action on social and environmental issues.
Promoting Reflection and Initiative
Through “Cineforum,” we promote film as a transformative educational medium, stimulating reflection and initiative. By exploring compelling stories, we ignite discussions that challenge norms and encourage participants to make a difference in their communities.
