Sailing Education for All
The Sailing Education for All (SEA) Project is a transformative initiative that leverages sailing as an inclusive and educational tool to foster social cohesion, gender equality, and digital innovation in sport. Despite its benefits, sailing remains inaccessible to many due to economic, social, and physical barriers. SEA aims to break these barriers by providing structured, cost-free sailing education for disadvantaged youth, women, and people with disabilities across Bulgaria, Poland, and Italy. The project integrates AI-powered coaching, mentorship programmes, and grassroots sailing events to increase participation, promote lifelong learning, and ensure accessibility. Through an Inclusive Digital Sailing Academy, SEA will develop adaptive e learning resources, making sailing education affordable, flexible, and scalable. A mentorship programme will pair professional sailors with young trainees, fostering leadership development and long-term engagement in sailing.
